Click to watch what happened on the fourth day of the contest, Monday. This was the final day of showing off projects in Incheba, both to the public (once again, a huge turnout of more than 1000 people, including school classes), and to the jury. Nerves were running high, as were the straw towers the contestants were building to try to win a special prize from the European Commission for their creative constructions. There were two more talks, one from Prof. Mark McCaughrean of the European Space Agency, member of EIROforum
, and one from our very own Dr Michael Londesborough, researcher in chemistry at the Academy of Sciences
. In the evening, when the judging was over and the wonderful displays all taken down, the teams finally had their chance to see how beautiful Prague is, on a guided tour.
